Endot can provide a wide variety of pull
lines for installation duct & innerduct.
There are two types of pull line, Rope and Tape.
- Rope is usually a twisted polypropylene
material with no lubricant or markings on the rope. Rope is very
abrasive and if not used with care can burn through the innerduct
during cable pulls. Rope has an extremely high amount of stretch.
- Tape is a flat woven product
that is produced from Polyester or Kevlar or a blend of the two.
Tape is usually lubricated and footage marked. The flat design
of tape combined with lubrication significantly reduces the chance
of burn through when pulling cable with tape.
Polyester is a lower priced material,
but has a relatively high degree of stretch.
Kevlar is much more expensive, but has very little
stretch.
Kevlar - Polyester blend is an excellent compromise
with low stretch and moderate pricing.
Prices vary with the quantity of the innerduct
order. Endot does not sell pull lines separately

· 3/16" polypropylene twisted
rope - 800 PSI Tensile
· ¼" polypropylene twisted rope - 1250 PSI Tensile
· ¼" polypropylene hollow braid rope - 1250 PSI
tensile (special order only)
Polyester Tapes:
· WP 1000 - no lubricant or marking - 1000 PSI Tensile (recommended
alternative to PP rope)
· WP 1250 - lubricated and marked - 1250 PSI Tensile
· WP 1800 - lubricated and marked - 1800 PSI Tensile
· WP 2000 - lubricated and marked - 2000 PSI Tensile
· WP 2500 - lubricated and marked - 2500 PSI Tensile
Kevlar Polyester Blend Tapes:
· WA 900 - lubricated and marked - 900 PSI Tensile
· WA 1250 - lubricated and marked - 1250 PSI Tensile
· WA 1800 - lubricated and marked - 1800 PSI Tensile
· WA 2000 - lubricated and marked - 2000 PSI Tensile
· WA 2500 - lubricated and marked - 2500 PSI Tensile
Kevlar Tapes:
· WA 900 - lubricated and marked - 900 PSI Tensile - UL Listed
for Plenum Installations
· WA 1250 - lubricated and marked - 1250 PSI Tensile
· WA 1800 - lubricated and marked - 1800 PSI Tensile
